Modigliani – Vite del Chianti – Hand‑thrown and hand‑painted ceramic pitcher, made in Italy

Bring a touch of Italian beauty into your home with this pitcher from the Vite del Chianti collection, wheel‑thrown and entirely hand‑decorated. Its tactile form and luminous decoration, inspired by the rhythm of the Tuscan vineyards, express the meeting point between artisanal tradition and contemporary sensibility, making each piece unique and unrepeatable.

Beyond its decorative charm, it is an extremely versatile object: perfect for serving fresh water, juices, or cocktails during dinners and aperitifs, it can also become an elegant vase for fresh flowers or a container for aromatic herbs in the kitchen, adding a touch of light and color to your spaces.

It makes a thoughtful and tasteful gift — a refined way to share a fragment of Italian beauty.

The Vite del Chianti line brings a luminous, contemporary atmosphere to the table, designed to create harmonious and striking combinations.

The Vite del Chianti pitcher is made of Tuscan terracotta and finished with a triple layering of Modigliani’s exclusive glazes. This technique enhances the depth of the colors and brings vitality to the decoration, making it even more dynamic and radiant.

Our history

Founded in the early 1980s, the Modigliani brand is actually heir to a tradition in glasses and ceramics that began in Rome in the late 19th century with a small shop in the historic center of the capital.

Modigliani has always known how to combine the Italian manufacturing tradition with a strong impetus towards technical and formal innovation, giving life to a new aesthetic language in the ceramic design.

Writing on Modigliani, therefore, means referring to a completely new way of interpreting ceramics. This for 4 generations.

Our mission

At the base is the renowned Italian manufacturing tradition, appreciated globally for its quality. Modigliani’s creations stand out for their innovative aesthetic language, which has given new life to an ancient material, attracting not only lovers of the classic, but also those seeking modern solutions for table and home furnishings.

Thus, Modigliani quickly established itself as a leader in the ceramics sector, introducing new trends for tableware and objects. Thanks to an efficient internal organization and a targeted distribution strategy, the brand is successfully positioned in the most exclusive points of sale, reaching markets all over the world, from the United States to Korea, from Europe to Latin America and the Middle East.
