Modigliani – Sogno Toscano – Large Pitcher‑Shaped Ceramic Vase, Handmade and Hand‑Painted in Italy

Bring the poetry and light of Tuscany into your home with this large vase from the Sogno Toscano collection, entirely handmade and hand‑painted in Italy. Its pitcher shape, wide and softly rounded in its proportions, becomes a warm and striking decorative element, where the collection’s signature irregular lines transform into a ceramic sculpture with a unique character.

Across its surface, the Tuscan landscape comes to life through broad, blended brushstrokes: golden hills, rows of cypress trees, and farmhouses nestled in the countryside intertwine in a vibrant decoration that brings warmth, color, and harmony to any space.
This is more than a vase — it is a piece of décor that expresses craftsmanship, style, and a deep connection to Italian tradition.

Perfect as a large decorative vase, it enhances an entryway, living room, or any corner of the home that deserves a scenic touch. Each piece is unique, shaped and painted entirely by hand, carrying the authentic marks of artisanal work.

Made from Tuscan terracotta and finished with Modigliani’s exclusive triple‑layer glazing technique, it enhances the richness of the colors and gives movement to the decoration, making it even more vivid and dynamic.

Our history

Founded in the early 1980s, the Modigliani brand is actually heir to a tradition in glasses and ceramics that began in Rome in the late 19th century with a small shop in the historic center of the capital.

Modigliani has always known how to combine the Italian manufacturing tradition with a strong impetus towards technical and formal innovation, giving life to a new aesthetic language in the ceramic design.

Writing on Modigliani, therefore, means referring to a completely new way of interpreting ceramics. This for 4 generations.

Our mission

At the base is the renowned Italian manufacturing tradition, appreciated globally for its quality. Modigliani’s creations stand out for their innovative aesthetic language, which has given new life to an ancient material, attracting not only lovers of the classic, but also those seeking modern solutions for table and home furnishings.

Thus, Modigliani quickly established itself as a leader in the ceramics sector, introducing new trends for tableware and objects. Thanks to an efficient internal organization and a targeted distribution strategy, the brand is successfully positioned in the most exclusive points of sale, reaching markets all over the world, from the United States to Korea, from Europe to Latin America and the Middle East.
