Looking for a piece of Italian ceramic that instantly catches the eye and adds character to your table? Our round serving plate, crafted with authentic artisanal mastery, is a tribute to creativity and originality.

Modigliani ceramics are born from an art passed down through generations. Every detail is crafted with passion, blending tradition and contemporary style. The decoration — with its black base and white strokes that appear hand‑drawn like chalk — creates a modern, graphic effect with strong visual impact.

Surprise your guests during special dinners: this round plate transforms the table into an elegant stage full of personality. Whether for celebrations, receptions, or meaningful moments, it will inevitably draw attention.

Don’t limit its use to the kitchen: the plate can also become a decorative element displayed on shelves, sideboards, or coffee tables, bringing style and character to any room in the home.

Give — or treat yourself to — an authentic expression of Italian beauty.

The Gessetto line, in all its variations, can be freely combined to create original and striking compositions.

The 32 cm round plate from the Gessetto collection is made of Tuscan terracotta with a double layering of Modigliani’s exclusive glazes. This technique enhances the contrasts and makes the decoration even more vibrant and dynamic.

Our history

Founded in the early 1980s, the Modigliani brand is actually heir to a tradition in glasses and ceramics that began in Rome in the late 19th century with a small shop in the historic center of the capital.

Modigliani has always known how to combine the Italian manufacturing tradition with a strong impetus towards technical and formal innovation, giving life to a new aesthetic language in the ceramic design.

Writing on Modigliani, therefore, means referring to a completely new way of interpreting ceramics. This for 4 generations.

Our mission

At the base is the renowned Italian manufacturing tradition, appreciated globally for its quality. Modigliani’s creations stand out for their innovative aesthetic language, which has given new life to an ancient material, attracting not only lovers of the classic, but also those seeking modern solutions for table and home furnishings.

Thus, Modigliani quickly established itself as a leader in the ceramics sector, introducing new trends for tableware and objects. Thanks to an efficient internal organization and a targeted distribution strategy, the brand is successfully positioned in the most exclusive points of sale, reaching markets all over the world, from the United States to Korea, from Europe to Latin America and the Middle East.
